Abstract
Способ шинирования зубов с возможностью замещения дефектов зубных рядов заключается в проведении профессиональной гигиены полости рта пациента с заболеваниями пародонта, получении оптического оттиска клинической ситуации полости рта пациента, распознавании данного оттиска в компьютерной программе CAD\CAM системы, моделировании на полученном изображении зубной шины, которая располагается на лингвальной или небной поверхностях всех имеющихся зубов перекрывая на 1 мм клинические экваторы зубов, таким образом, что нижняя ее граница проходит отступя 1,5 мм от маргинального края десны и имеет в своем составе искусственные фасетки зубов, в случае отсутствия естественных зубов, искусственные фасетки соединены с шиной монолитно и плотно прилегают к клиническим экваторам зубов, ограничивающих дефект посредством точечного контакта, после чего смоделированная на компьютере зубная шина фрезеруется из монолитного блока из оксида циркония, шлифуется, полируется и фиксируется в полости рта пациента на стоматологический цемент двойного отверждения, в случае последующей потери зубов, на сохраненной компьютерной модели, без повторного приема пациента, удаленные зубы замещаются искусственными фасетками, и измененная конструкция фрезеруется, шлифуется, полируется и фиксируется в полости рта на стоматологический цемент двойного отверждения.A method of splinting teeth with the possibility of replacing defects in the dentition is to conduct professional oral hygiene of a patient with periodontal diseases, to obtain an optical impression of the clinical situation of the patient’s oral cavity, to recognize this impression in the CAD / CAM computer program, to simulate the dental splint located on the image on the lingual or palatal surfaces of all existing teeth, overlapping the clinical equators of teeth by 1 mm, so that its lower border passes it departing 1.5 mm from the marginal gingival margin and incorporates artificial tooth facets, in the absence of natural teeth, the artificial facets are connected with the splint in one piece and fit snugly to the clinical equators of the teeth limiting the defect by point contact, and then simulated on a computer the tooth splint is milled from a monolithic block of zirconium oxide, polished, polished and fixed in the patient’s oral cavity on double-cured dental cement, in case of subsequent tooth loss in, stored on a computer model of the patient without repeated reception, deleted replaced by artificial teeth facets and the altered structure is milled, sanded, polished and is fixed in the oral cavity in dental cement dual cure.
