Abstract
1. Устройство для первичной обработки глинистого сырья, содержащее два параллельных встречно вращающихся вала с дисками, размещенных с частичным вхождением дисков одного вала в пространство между дисками второго вала, и механизм очистки дисков в виде установленных вдоль валов гребенок с зубьями, размещенными между дисками соответствующего вала, при этом диски выполнены как минимум с одним срезом края, образующим на боковой поверхности диска рабочий участок, и установлены на валах с угловым смещением каждого последующего диска относительно предыдущего с образованием упомянутыми рабочими участками винтовой дискретной поверхности, отличающееся тем, что рабочие участки выполнены с близкой к нулевой кривизной поверхности, не превышающей 5% от длины рабочего участка.2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что срезы выполнены с образованием формы диска, близкой к форме правильного многоугольника.3. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что каждый последующий диск на валу смещен относительно предыдущего на угол 5°.4.
