Abstract
1. Способ комплексной переработки растительного сырья, включающий подготовку биомассы, сортировку, охлаждение, разогрев, измельчение, экстрагирование и выделение конечного продукта, отличающийся тем, что в качестве исходного сырья используют поликомпозитную смесь совместно перерабатываемых цветов, плодов, листьев, неодревесневших побегов и коры растительного сырья, экстракцию сырья проводят в три ступени одним и тем же растворителем, последовательно прокачиваемым через экстракторы первой, второй и третьей ступеней при одинаковом гидромодуле во всех экстракторах, причем на второй и третьей ступенях массы вводимых в экстракторы порций свежего исходного твердого сырья при заданном гидромодуле, определяются с учетом потерь растворителя на предыдущей ступени экстрагирования, полученный экстракт идет на переработку, а шрот из трех экстракторов направляют на дополнительное извлечение с получением экстракта с низким содержанием биологически активных веществ, направляемым на последующее концентрирование, и шрота, который подвергается сушке, измельчению и переработке с получением пищевой или кормовой добавки.2.
