Abstract
1. Способ глубокой очистки отходящих газов от сероводорода, включающий абсорбционное извлечение сероводорода амином в абсорбере и регенерацию насыщенного абсорбента в регенераторе, отличающийся тем, что очистку газа проводят в двух абсорберах, исходный газ подается в низ первого абсорбера, газ, выходящий с верха первого абсорбера, подвергается дополнительной очистке во втором абсорбере, в который подается регенерированный абсорбент, частично насыщаемый во втором абсорбере диоксидом углерода, газ, насыщенный диоксидом углерода отводится с верха второго абсорбера, частично насыщенный диоксидом углерода абсорбент с низа второго абсорбера поступает двумя разнотемпературными потоками на разные уровни в первый абсорбер, насыщенный сероводородом абсорбент с низа первого абсорбера поступает на верх регенератора, с верха которого отводится на установку Клауса газ, обогащенный сероводородом и обедненный диоксидом углерода, а регенерированный абсорбент подается на верх второго абсорбера.2.
