Ветроагрегат с системой ориентации и ограничения мощности ветротурбины, имеющий опору с цевочной шестерней и вертикальной осью с насаженной на ней головкой ветроагрегата, устройство, реагирующее на направление ветра, насаженное на полую вертикальную ось в головке с возможностью поворота не менее чем на 90°, связанное жестко с боковой лопатой и через вертикальный вал, проходящий через полую ось, с цевочной шестерней, и силовой противодействующий механизм с точками приложения силы между головкой ветроагрегата и боковой лопатой, отличающийся тем, что в качестве устройства, реагирующего на направление ветра, использована насаженная на вертикальный вал крыльчатка с расположенной перед ней по ветру шторкой, жестко связанной с боковой лопатой.
