Abstract
1. Поршневой насос, содержащий корпус, внутри которого с образованием рабочей камеры установлен поршень с поршневым кольцом или щелевым уплотнением, рабочая камера подключена к всасывающей и нагнетательной линиям через одноименные клапаны и соединена своей верхней частью с каналом выпуска газа с газосепаратором, отличающийся тем, что газосепаратор выполнен в виде малорасходного дросселя.2. Поршневой насос по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в газосепараторе последовательно с малорасходным дросселем установлен нормально закрытый обратный клапан, вход которого обращен к рабочей камере.3. Поршневой насос по п.2, отличающийся тем, что малорасходный дроссель образован зазором между затвором обратного клапана и корпусом.4. Поршневой насос по п.3, отличающийся тем, что обратный клапан снабжен дополнительным седлом для его затвора, расположенным на выходе газа за малорасходный дроссель.5. Поршневой насос по п.1, отличающийся тем, что малорасходный дроссель выполнен в виде щелевого уплотнения поршня, расположенного над рабочей камерой.6. Поршневой насос по п.1, отличающийся тем, что малорасходный дроссель выполнен в виде радиальных рисок на противоположном от рабочей камеры торце поршневого кольца поршня, расположенного над рабочей камерой.7. Поршневой насос по любому из пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что малорасходный дроссель выполнен с расходом жидкости при максимальном давлении нагнетания насоса не более 1% от подачи насоса.1. The piston pump according to claim 1, characterized in that the low throttle throttle is made in the form of a piston gap seal located above the working chamber. A piston pump according to claim 1, characterized in that the low throttle throttle is made in the form of radial marks on the end of the piston ring of the piston opposite the working chamber located above the working chamber. A piston pump according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the low-flow throttle is made with a flow rate at a maximum pump discharge pressure of not more than 1% of the pump flow.
