Abstract
Способ термической переработки механически обезвоженных осадков сточных вод, включающий сушку обезвоженных осадков парогазовой смесью, полученной из обезвоженных осадков и нагретой за счет теплоты сгорания высушенных осадков, сжигание высушенных осадков с получением и выпуском расплава минеральных веществ и прокалку сброса парогазовой смеси дымовыми газами, отличающийся тем, что перед прокалкой парогазовую смесь делят на два потока, причем первый поток в количестве 5-10% от всей массы сброса подают в зону сжигания термически высушенных осадков, а второй поток оставшейся массы вводят в газообразные продукты обезвреживания после выпуска расплава минеральных веществ.The method of thermal processing of mechanically dehydrated sewage sludge, including drying the dehydrated sludge with a vapor-gas mixture obtained from dehydrated sludge and heated by the heat of combustion of the dried sludge, burning dried sludge to produce and discharging a molten mineral substance, and calcining the discharge of the vapor-gas mixture with flue gases, characterized in that before calcining the gas-vapor mixture is divided into two streams, the first stream in the amount of 5-10% of the total discharge mass being fed to the combustion zone thermally dried x precipitation, and the second stream of the remaining mass is introduced into the gaseous products of neutralization after the release of the melt of mineral substances.
