Abstract
1. Способ получения терморасширенного графита, характеризующийся тем, что включает следующие стадии:(a) получение интеркалированных соединений графита путем взаимодействия графита с концентрированной азотной кислотой;(b) нейтрализацию избытка азотной кислоты на поверхности полученных в соответствии со стадией (а) интеркалированных соединений графита, в условиях, обеспечивающих, по существу, неизменность фазового состава упомянутых интеркалированных соединений графита путем их обработки, по меньшей мере, одним реагентом, выбранным из группы, включающей безводные аммониевые производные угольной кислоты, безводные амидные производные угольной кислоты и газообразный аммиак;(c) последующий нагрев обработанных в соответствии со стадией (b) интеркалированных соединений графита в режиме термоудара с получением терморасширенного графита.2. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что стадии (а) и (b) ведут при выполнении следующих соотношений: М: М: М=1:(0,4-0,8):(0,1-0,3), где M- масса графита, мас.ч; М- масса азотной кислоты, мас.ч; М- масса реагента, мас.ч.3. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что получение интеркалированных соединений графита на стадии (а) осуществляют путем химического интеркалирования.4. Способ по п.3, характеризующийся тем, что используют 80-98% азотную кислоту.5. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что получение интеркалированных соединений графита на стадии (а) осуществляют путем анодного окисления.6. Способ по п.5, характеризующийся тем, что используют 58-98% азотную кислоту.7. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что перед нагревом на стадии (с) интеркалированные соединения графита, обработанные в соответствии со ст1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that stage (a) and (b) are carried out when the following relationships are fulfilled: M: M: M = 1: (0.4-0.8) :( 0.1-0.3 ), where M is the mass of graphite, wt.h; M is the mass of nitric acid, wt.h; M is the mass of the reagent, parts by weight of 3.
