Способ получения аутопробиотика, содержащего живые бифидобактерии и лактобациллы, для восстановления микроэкологии кишечника человека и животных, предусматривающий выделение живых бифидобактерии и лактобацилл из кишечника хозяина и использование их в виде аутомикроорганизмов, отличающийся тем, что бифидобактерии и лактобациллы выделяют одновременно в виде естественного комплекса индигенных микроорганизмов путем разведения содержимого толстой кишки хозяина жидкой средой, с добавлением селективных компонетнтов, но не оказывающих ингибирующего действия на бифидобактерии и лактобациллы, добавления в него раствора разведенной слюны того же хозяина, культивирования смеси и последующего пересева на питательную среду для культивирования бифидобактерии и лактобацилл без добавления селективных агентов. A method for producing an autoprobiotic containing live bifidobacteria and lactobacilli to restore the microecology of the intestines of humans and animals, comprising isolating live bifidobacteria and lactobacilli from the intestines of the host and using them in the form of auto microorganisms, characterized in that bifidobacteria and lactobacillus microorganisms separate into microorganisms dilution of the contents of the colon of the host with a liquid medium, with the addition of selective components, but not having inhibitory effect on bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, adding to it a solution of diluted saliva of the same host, cultivating the mixture and subsequent subculture on a nutrient medium for the cultivation of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli without the addition of selective agents.

Способ получения аутопробиотика, содержащего живые бифидобактерии и лактобациллы, для восстановления микроэкологии кишечника человека и животных, предусматривающий выделение живых бифидобактерии и лактобацилл из кишечника хозяина и использование их в виде аутомикроорганизмов, отличающийся тем, что бифидобактерии и лактобациллы выделяют одновременно в виде естественного комплекса индигенных микроорганизмов путем разведения содержимого толстой кишки хозяина жидкой средой, с добавлением селективных компонетнтов, но не оказывающих ингибирующего действия на бифидобактерии и лактобациллы, добавления в него раствора разведенной слюны того же хозяина, культивирования смеси и последующего пересева на питательную среду для культивирования бифидобактерии и лактобацилл без добавления селективных агентов.
