Способ оценки резервов кровообращения корешков конского хвоста у больных с поясничной межпозвонковой грыжей диска, включающий интраоперационное исследование кровотока спинномозговых корешков в зоне диско-радикулярного конфликта до и после декомпрессии с последующим сравнением исследуемых показателей, отличающийся тем, что исследование выполняют методом ультразвуковой допплерографии, при этом наряду с компримированным корешком и дуральным мешком исследуют прилежащие участки соседних корешков конского хвоста, и в случаях, если после декомпрессии отмечается увеличение показателей кровотока не менее чем на 30% во всех исследуемых анатомических образованиях, диагностируют сохранение резервов микроциркуляторного русла. A method for assessing the reserves of blood circulation of the cauda equina roots in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, including intraoperative study of the blood flow of the spinal roots in the area of the disc-radicular conflict before and after decompression, followed by a comparison of the studied parameters, characterized in that the study is performed by ultrasonic dopplerography, while with a compressed root and a dural sac, the adjacent sections of the adjacent cauda equina roots are examined, and if Before decompression, an increase in blood flow indices of not less than 30% in all the studied anatomical formations is noted, the preservation of the reserves of the microvasculature is diagnosed.

Способ оценки резервов кровообращения корешков конского хвоста у больных с поясничной межпозвонковой грыжей диска, включающий интраоперационное исследование кровотока спинномозговых корешков в зоне диско-радикулярного конфликта до и после декомпрессии с последующим сравнением исследуемых показателей, отличающийся тем, что исследование выполняют методом ультразвуковой допплерографии, при этом наряду с компримированным корешком и дуральным мешком исследуют прилежащие участки соседних корешков конского хвоста, и в случаях, если после декомпрессии отмечается увеличение показателей кровотока не менее чем на 30% во всех исследуемых анатомических образованиях, диагностируют сохранение резервов микроциркуляторного русла.
