Abstract
Способ комбинированной обработки плоских поверхностей шлифованием и упрочнением водоледяным инструментом, согласно которому заготовкам сообщают продольную подачу и подачу на глубину на проход, а шлифовальному кругу сообщают вращательное движение и поперечную подачу, при этом водоледяному инструменту сообщают одновременно с кругом поперечную подачу, отличающийся тем, что в корпусе водоледяного инструмента, закрепленного на кожухе шлифовального круга, расположена камера смешения, внутри которой на ее продольной оси располагается водяная струеформирующая насадка, питаемая водой высокого давления через штуцер и трубопровод, кроме того, в камеру через свой штуцер и трубопровод подается жидкий азот, частицы которого увлекаются упомянутой выше водяной струей высокого давления и попадают в коллиматор с возможностью образования ледяных частиц, где окончательно формируется суспензионная водоледяная струя.
