Abstract
1. Роторно-поршневая машина объемного действия, включающая составной корпус, установленные в нем с эксцентриситетом внешний и внутренний роторы с профилированными поверхностями, причем отношение числа вершин внутреннего ротора к числу вершин внешнего ротора равно (n-1)/n, отличающаяся тем, что контур профилированной поверхности внешнего ротора состоит из чередующихся участков, одними из которых являются дуги окружностей с равными радиусами, центры которых расположены на одинаковых расстояниях от оси вращения внешнего ротора через равные углы между ними, а другие участки представляют собой кривые, производящими для которых являются соответствующие криволинейные участки внутреннего ротора, а дуги окружностей являются профилирующими для внутреннего ротора, и координаты каждой точки профилированной поверхности внутреннего ротора определяют по формулам: ! ! ! где ψ - угловой параметр, для которого определяется координата, ! е - расстояние между осями вращения роторов, ! n - число вершин внешнего ротора, ! r - радиус профилирующих окружностей, причем r=k·е, где, , ! R - расстояние от оси вращения внешнего ротора до оси профилирующей окружности, причем R=(n-1)·е+K, где r≤K≤2·r. ! 2. Роторно-поршневая машина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что боковые рабочие поверхности внутреннего и внешнего роторов выполнены по винтовым поверхностям. ! 3. Роторно-поршневая машина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что машина снабжена синхронизирующей передачей внутреннего зацепления, малая шестерня которой связана с внутренним ротором, а шестерня большего диаметра связана с внешним ротором. 1.
