Abstract
Стендовая форсунка для регулирования топливных насосов высокого давления, содержащая корпус с пружиной, регулировочный винт, штангу и накидную гайку, при помощи которой последовательно прикреплены к его торцевой части, корпус иглы с запорной иглой, зафиксированные штифтом, отличающаяся тем, что форсунка снабжена стаканом с выполненным в нем топливным каналом, который вращается внутри накидной гайки, имеющей радиальные калиброванные отверстия с номинальными диаметрами отверстии 0,4; 0,5; 0,6; 0,8; 0,9 мм и строго определенного эффективного проходного сечения, расположенные по окружности через равные интервалы, а стакан с топливным каналом фиксируется в заданном положении, совмещаясь с калиброванными отверстиями определенного проходного сечения фиксатором, представляющим собой полый винт, в полости которого установлена нажимная пружина с шариком, причем диаметр топливного канала в полости стакана больше либо равен диаметру максимального калиброванного отверстия на боковой поверхности накидной гайки.
