Abstract
1. Способ получения углеродных металлсодержащих наноструктур взаимодействием органических и металлсодержащих веществ, включающий механохимическую обработку реакционной смеси из органических полимерных веществ и металлургической пыли, содержащей оксиды 3d-металлов, с последующим ступенчатым нагревом реакционной смеси без доступа воздуха в интервале температур (100-400)°С, отличающийся тем, что в качестве органических веществ используют отходы полимерного производства, включающие карбоцепные полимеры с боковыми функциональными группами, например вторичные полимеры поливинилхлорид или поливинилацетат, при этом металлургическая пыль и вторичный полимер взяты в массовых соотношениях 1:(2-6). ! 2. Способ получения углеродных металлсодержащих наноструктур по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве металлсодержащего вещества применен отход металлургического производства - металлургическая пыль, содержащая оксиды железа и/или никеля. ! 3. Способ получения углеродных металлсодержащих наноструктур по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в смесь компонентов, содержащих вторичный поливинилхлорид, добавляют соляную кислоту до достижения реакции среды рН 1-2. ! 4. Способ получения углеродных металлсодержащих наноструктур по п.1, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют ступенчатый нагрев смеси компонентов до температуры, не превышающей 300°С, полученный нанопродукт в виде нанопленок с металлсодержащими наночастицами на поверхности обрабатывают щелочью до реакции среды рН 8-9. 1. The method for producing carbon metal-containing nanostructures according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixture of components is stepped up to a temperature not exceeding 300 ° C, the obtained nanoproduct in the form of nanofilms with metal-containing nanoparticles on the surface is treated with alkali until the pH of the medium is 8-9.
