Abstract

1. Упаковка, содержащая емкость и крышку, изготовленные из материала, пригодного для литьевого формования, причем крышка выполнена с возможностью герметичного присоединения к емкости и содержит приподнятую часть для опоры на верхний край емкости, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, часть крышки (2) изготовлена с зоной уплотнения (7, 8) для присоединения к емкости (1), причем в указанную зону уплотнения (7, 8) при литьевом формовании добавляют активный материал, в процессе присоединения изменяющий материал в зоне уплотнения (7, 8) таким образом, что зона уплотнения становится менее прочной, чем окружающий материал. ! 2. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что материал зоны уплотнения (7, 8) проходит, по меньшей мере, через часть диаметра крышки (2). ! 3. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что внутренняя часть (4) крышки (2) изготовлена из того же материала, что и зона уплотнения (7, 8). ! 4. Упаковка по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что фланец (5) крышки (2) изготовлен из того же материала, что и зона уплотнения (7, 8). ! 5. Упаковка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что крышка (2) изготовлена с формованной как единое целое этикеткой (3). ! 6. Упаковка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что толщина материала, используемого в зоне уплотнения (7, 8) на крышке (2) или емкости (1), изменяется вдоль поперечного сечения зоны уплотнения (7, 8). ! 7. Упаковка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что на фланце (5) крышки (2) имеется средство (9) для взаимного зацепления с соответствующим средством (10) на емкости (1). ! 8. Claims (13)

1. Упаковка, содержащая емкость и крышку, изготовленные из материала, пригодного для литьевого формования, причем крышка выполнена с возможностью герметичного присоединения к емкости и содержит приподнятую часть для опоры на верхний край емкости, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, часть крышки (2) изготовлена с зоной уплотнения (7, 8) для присоединения к емкости (1), причем в указанную зону уплотнения (7, 8) при литьевом формовании добавляют активный материал, в процессе присоединения изменяющий материал в зоне уплотнения (7, 8) таким образом, что зона уплотнения становится менее прочной, чем окружающий материал.
2. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что материал зоны уплотнения (7, 8) проходит, по меньшей мере, через часть диаметра крышки (2).
3. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что внутренняя часть (4) крышки (2) изготовлена из того же материала, что и зона уплотнения (7, 8).
4. Упаковка по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что фланец (5) крышки (2) изготовлен из того же материала, что и зона уплотнения (7, 8).
5. Упаковка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что крышка (2) изготовлена с формованной как единое целое этикеткой (3).
6. Упаковка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что толщина материала, используемого в зоне уплотнения (7, 8) на крышке (2) или емкости (1), изменяется вдоль поперечного сечения зоны уплотнения (7, 8).
7. Упаковка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что на фланце (5) крышки (2) имеется средство (9) для взаимного зацепления с соответствующим средством (10) на емкости (1).
8. Упаковка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что вдоль внутреннего края емкости (1) у отверстия емкости (1) имеется выступающий, ориентированный вверх край (11), причем указанный край окружает средства (9, 10) взаимного зацепления крышки (2) и емкости (1) таким образом, что содержимое емкости (1) не соприкасается со средствами (9, 10) взаимного зацепления.

Упаковка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что на наружной стороне емкости (1) выполнены выступы (12), опирающиеся на край или поверхность (13), сформированную для этого на внутренней стороне емкости, в результате чего выступы (12) и край, или поверхность (13) являются ограничителем для двух емкостей (1), уложенных друг на друга, и, таким образом, ограничивают проникновение одной емкости в другую.
10. Упаковка по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что крышка (2) имеет линию ослабления (14) или другое подобное приспособление, позволяющее частично открывать крышку (2), тогда как остальная часть крышки (2) зафиксирована посредством присоединения и/или при помощи средств (9, 10) взаимного зацепления с емкостью (1).
11. Способ укупорки упаковки, содержащей емкость и крышку, изготовленные из материала, пригодного для литьевого формования, причем крышка выполнена с возможностью присоединения к емкости, и содержит приподнятую часть для опоры на верхний край емкости, отличающийся тем, что на активный материал, добавляемый при литьевом формовании упаковки, в процессе присоединения воздействует тепло и изменяет материал в зоне уплотнения (7, 8), таким образом, что зона уплотнения становится менее прочной, чем окружающий материал.
12. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что активный материал путем двухкомпонентного формования добавлен к части материала, составляющей зону уплотнения (7, 8).
13. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что активный материал вдоль части области, составляющей зону уплотнения (7, 8), добавлен в больших количествах там, где часть крышки должна открываться, и в меньших количествах там, где крышка должна быть неподвижно присоединена.
