Abstract

1. Протез межпозвоночного диска, содержащий: ! первый и второй взаимодействующие элементы, при этом, по меньшей мере, часть первого элемента перекрывает часть второго элемента для обеспечения их взаимного зацепления; ! первый и второй элементы выполнены с возможностью перемещения относительно друг друга во вращательном и поступательном направлениях; ! каждый из первого и второго элементов содержит, в общем, удлиненное тело, вследствие чего, когда первый и второй элементы находятся в зацеплении, диск имеет, в общем, «Х»-образную структуру. ! 2. Диск по п.1, в котором первый элемент имеет отверстие, через которое проходит второй элемент. ! 3. Диск по п.2, в котором второй элемент имеет, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие для зацепления с частью отверстия на первом элементе. ! 4. Диск по п.1, в котором первый и второй элементы имеют взаимодействующие углубления, при этом углубление первого элемента установлено в углублении второго элемента. ! 5. Диск по любому из пп.1-4, в котором каждый из первого и второго элементов состоит соответственно из первой и второй оболочек, при этом оболочки выполнены с возможностью взаимного зацепления, и в котором: ! каждая из первой и второй оболочек имеет, по меньшей мере, одну полость, вследствие чего, когда первая и вторая оболочки объединены, происходит объединение соответствующих полостей для формирования резервуара в соответствующем элементе; и ! указанный резервуар снабжен, в общем, упругим элементом. ! 6. Диск по п.5, в котором каждый из первого и второго элементов включают в себя, по меньшей мере, один резервуар. ! 7. Диск по п.6, в котором каждый из первого и второго элементов включают в себя пару резе

Claims (10)

1. Протез межпозвоночного диска, содержащий:
первый и второй взаимодействующие элементы, при этом, по меньшей мере, часть первого элемента перекрывает часть второго элемента для обеспечения их взаимного зацепления;
первый и второй элементы выполнены с возможностью перемещения относительно друг друга во вращательном и поступательном направлениях;
каждый из первого и второго элементов содержит, в общем, удлиненное тело, вследствие чего, когда первый и второй элементы находятся в зацеплении, диск имеет, в общем, «Х»-образную структуру.
2. Диск по п.1, в котором первый элемент имеет отверстие, через которое проходит второй элемент.
3. Диск по п.2, в котором второй элемент имеет, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие для зацепления с частью отверстия на первом элементе.
4. Диск по п.1, в котором первый и второй элементы имеют взаимодействующие углубления, при этом углубление первого элемента установлено в углублении второго элемента.
5. Диск по любому из пп.1-4, в котором каждый из первого и второго элементов состоит соответственно из первой и второй оболочек, при этом оболочки выполнены с возможностью взаимного зацепления, и в котором:
каждая из первой и второй оболочек имеет, по меньшей мере, одну полость, вследствие чего, когда первая и вторая оболочки объединены, происходит объединение соответствующих полостей для формирования резервуара в соответствующем элементе; и
указанный резервуар снабжен, в общем, упругим элементом.
6. Диск по п.5, в котором каждый из первого и второго элементов включают в себя, по меньшей мере, один резервуар.
7. Диск по п.6, в котором каждый из первого и второго элементов включают в себя пару резервуаров, при этом один резервуар обеспечен на каждом конце элементов.
8. Диск по п.7, в котором первой оболочке приданы такие размеры, чтобы она перекрывала вторую оболочку.
9. Диск по п.8, в котором наружная поверхность элементов снабжена одним или более механизмов крепления для закрепления диска к смежным костным поверхностям при имплантировании.
10. Диск по п.9, в котором механизмы крепления выбраны из группы, состоящей из стабилизационных штифтов, стабилизационных килей, пористой поверхности и их сочетания.
