Микробиологический способ получения 7α-гидроксиандростенов с помощью грибного мицелия, отличающийся тем, что, с целью увеличения нагрузки стероидного субстрата и скорости его гидроксилирования, трансформацию стероидов проводят с помощью мицелия Curvularia lunata ВКПМ F-981, без предварительной активации фермента гидроксилазы и в отсутствие компонентов питательной среды, а субстрат используют в виде микрокристаллов, либо в виде комплекса с циклодекстринами. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для образования комплексов используют β-циклодекстрин или его химически модифицированные производные, такие как метилциклодекстрин и гидроксипропилциклодекстрин.1.
