Abstract
1. Способ получения легких олефинов из углеводородного исходного сырья, включающий в себя следующие стадии: ! (a) обеспечение углеводородной фракции в качестве исходного сырья; ! (b) подачу исходного сырья, по меньшей мере, в один реактор с неподвижным слоем или флюидизированным слоем, где сырью предоставляется возможность для реакции в присутствии катализатора, и ! (c) отделение и выделение легких олефинов из вытекающего потока реакционной зоны; ! где катализатор состоит из продукта, полученного выпариванием воды из смеси исходных материалов, включающей в себя 100 мас.ч. молекулярного сита с каркасом -Si-OH-Al-групп, 0,01-5,0 мас.ч. водонерастворимой соли металла и 0,05-17,0 мас.ч. фосфатного соединения. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что исходным сырьем является бензино-лигроиновая фракция с широким диапазоном температур кипения или керосин. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что исходным сырьем является бензино-лигроиновая фракция, содержащая С2-15-углеводороды. ! 4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что общее содержание парафиновых компонентов (н-парафинов и изопарафинов) в исходном сырье составляет 60-90 мас.% и содержание олефинов в исходном сырье составляет меньше, чем 20 мас.%. ! 5. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает стадии смешивания С4-5-углеводородов, оставшихся после отделения и выделения легких олефинов в стадии (с), с бензино-лигроиновой фракцией и получения смеси С4-5-углеводороды/бензино-лигроиновая фракция, применяемой в качестве исходного сырья. ! 6.
