Claims (7)
1. Способ изготовления наматываемой вставки из нитей с покрытием, причем каждая нить содержит керамическое волокно, покрытое металлической оболочкой, отличающийся тем, что наматывают ленту из нитей с покрытием на деталь, на которую в начале намотки наматывают металлическую соединительную фольгу внутренней части вставки, в конце намотки наматывают металлическую соединительную фольгу внешней части вставки.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что второй конечный участок соединительной фольги внешней части вставки покрывает последний слой ленты и приварен вблизи от ее первого конечного участка.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором первый конечный участок соединительной фольги внутренней части вставки выравнивают вровень с первым конечным участком ленты.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором ленту формируют лазерной сваркой, которая формирует точки сварки между соседними нитями.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором на заключительном этапе снимают наматываемую вставку с детали, на которую она была намотана с фольгой.
6. Наматываемая вставка из нитей с покрытием, полученная способом по п.1, включающим в себя наматывание ленты из нитей с покрытием вместе с металлической соединительной фольгой ее внутренней части и металлической соединительной фольгой ее внешней части.
7. Способ изготовления детали со вставкой из композитного материала с металлической матрицей, внутри которой лежат керамические волокна, согласно которому помещают наматываемую вставку из нитей с покрытием, полученную согласно способу по п.1, в кольцевое углубление металлического контейнера, устанавливают на контейнер металлическую крышку и подвергают узел изостатическому прессованию в горячем состоянии.
