Claims (1)

Способ коррекции сколиотической деформации позвоночника путем деротации отдельных позвонков, входящих в дугу искривления, отличающийся тем, что для деротации формируют точки опоры в зоне перехода основания поперечного отростка в корень дужки с обеих сторон каждого позвонка, входящего в сколиотическую дугу, производят деротацию отдельных сегментов поочередно в области краниального и каудального отделов дуги в направлении от концевого позвонка к вершине деформации, поворачивают позвонки в сторону коррекции патологической ротации позвоночника и фиксируют достигнутую коррекцию путем крепления установленного на каждом позвонке захвата к стержням, изогнутым в соответствии с нормальным сагиттальным контуром корригируемого отдела позвоночника.A method for correcting scoliotic deformity of the spine by derotation of individual vertebrae included in the curvature arc, characterized in that, for derotation, support points are formed in the transition zone of the base of the transverse process to the root of the arch on both sides of each vertebra entering the scoliotic arch, the individual segments are rotated alternately in areas of the cranial and caudal sections of the arc in the direction from the end vertebra to the apex of deformation, turn the vertebrae in the direction of correction of pathological rotation of the poses tomone and fix the achieved correction by attaching a grip installed on each vertebra to the rods, curved in accordance with the normal sagittal contour of the corrected spine.
