Claims (25)
1. Газопроницаемый материал, содержащий слой малорастягивающейся ткани и микропористое покрытие на нем, при этом микропористое покрытие содержит композицию кристаллического полимера и наполнитель.
2. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 1, в котором слой малорастягивающейся ткани включает слой малорастягивающегося нетканого материала.
3. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 2, в котором слой малорастягивающегося нетканого материала включает полиолефиновую из перекрещивающихся слоев сетку с открытыми ячейками.
4. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 3, в котором слой малорастягивающегося нетканого материала включает полиэтиленовую из перекрещивающихся слоев сетку с открытыми ячейками, масса единицы площади которой превышает приблизительно 0,7 унция/ярд2.
5. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 2, в котором слой малорастягивающегося нетканого материала включает полипропилен, эжектированный высокоскоростным потоком воздуха (нетканый полипропилен из расплава).
6. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 5, в котором полипропилен, эжектированный высокоскоростным потоком воздуха, имеет массу единицы площади, превышающую приблизительно 0,7 унция/ярд2.
7. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 5, в котором полипропилен, эжектированный высокоскоростным потоком воздуха, имеет массу единицы площади, равную либо превышающую приблизительно 1 унция/ярд2.
8. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 1, в котором композиция кристаллического полимера содержит, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% полиэтилена высокой плотности.
9. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 1, в котором наполнитель содержит карбонат кальция.
10. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 1, в котором микропористое покрытие содержит один слой.
11. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 1, в котором микропористое покрытие содержит два или более слоев.
12. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий слой второй ткани, причем покрытие расположено в промежутке между слоем малорастягивающейся ткани и слоем второй ткани.
13. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 1, имеющий скорость прохождения водяного пара, превышающую приблизительно 150 г/м2*24 ч.
14. Газопроницаемый материал по п. 13, имеющий скорость прохождения водяного пара, меньшую приблизительно 2000 г/м2*24 ч.
15. Газопроницаемый материал для покрытия зданий, содержащий слой малорастягивающейся ткани и микропористое покрытие на нем, содержащее полиэтилен высокой плотности и наполнитель.
16. Газопроницаемый материал для покрытия зданий по п. 15, в котором слой малорастягивающейся ткани включает слой полиолефинового нетканого материала.
17. Газопроницаемый материал для покрытия зданий по п. 16, в котором слой малорастягивающегося полиолефинового нетканого материала включает полиэтиленовую с перекрестными слоями сетку с открытыми ячейками, масса единицы площади которой превышает приблизительно 0,7 унция/ярд2.
18. Газопроницаемый материал для покрытия зданий по п. 16, в котором слой малорастягивающегося полиолефинового нетканого материала включает полипропилен, эжектированный высокоскоростным потоком воздуха, масса единицы площади которого превышает приблизительно 0,7 унция/ярд2.
19. Способ получения газопроницаемого материала, при котором экструдируют на слой малорастягивающейся ткани покрытие из композиции, содержащей композицию кристаллического полимера и наполнитель для образования покрытия на слое малорастягивающейся ткани и с увеличением растягивают слой малорастягивающейся ткани с нанесенным покрытием для придания покрытию микропористости.
20. Способ по п. 19, при котором слой малорастягивающейся ткани включает слой малорастягивающегося нетканого материала, и при котором покрытие формируют на слое нетканого материала.
21. Способ по п. 20, при котором слой нетканого материала с нанесенным покрытием с увеличением растягивают в продольном направлении.
22. Способ по п. 20, при котором слой нетканого материала с нанесенным покрытием с увеличением растягивают до удлинения меньше приблизительно 2%.
23. Способ по п. 20, при котором слой малорастягивающегося нетканого материала включает полиэтиленовую с перекрестными слоями сетку с открытыми ячейками, масса единицы площади которой превышает приблизительно 0,7 унция/ярд2.
24. Слой по п. 20, при котором слой малорастягивающегося нетканого материала включает полипропилен, эжектированный высокоскоростным потоком воздуха, масса единицы площади которого превышает приблизительно 0,7 унция/ярд2.
25. Способ по п. 19, при котором композиция кристаллического полимера содержит полиэтилен высокой плотности.
