Claims (3)

1. Устройство для эндоскопической гидропрессивной обработки, ирригации и аспирации, состоящее из трубки, имеющей срез на дистальном торце и клапанный механизм для регулировки подачи и оттока жидкости на проксимальном, отличающееся тем, что вдоль основной трубки прикреплена дополнительная трубка, на проксимальной части которой имеется дополнительный клапанный механизм, регулирующий подачу жидкости и соединенный шлангом с насосом в 4-5 атм, а дистальная часть дополнительной трубки изогнута таким образом, что колено изгиба расположено на уровне дистального среза основной трубки, в просвете дополнительной трубки проксимальнее изгиба на 2-4 мм расположен часовой камень со сквозным отверстием диаметром 0,2 мм, дистальные части обеих трубок находятся внутри насадки, выполненной с возможностью введения через троакар, представляющей собой цилиндр с двумя циркулярными бороздами, которые делят цилиндр на три равные части и в которых имеются по четыре овальных отверстия напротив друг друга, на дистальном торце цилиндра имеется сферическое углубление с отверстием на его дне, со скругленными фасками, причем на проксимальной фаске расположены четыре отверстия напротив друг друга, а на дистальной фаске насадки открывается дистальный срез дополнительной трубки, насадка фиксирована так, что дистальный срез основной трубки расположен на границе ее средней и верхней трети.1.
