1. A method of forming a vertical posture in patients with impaired statodynamic functions, including setting up a patient in a vertical posture and conducting a training, characterized in that they are preliminarily examined on a stabilograph with simultaneous recording of a rheoencephalogram using fronto-mastoid and occipitoid mastoid leads with actual head positions , evaluate the patient's stability in these poses and blood supply in the brain pools during the formation of a vertical posture and is recommended comfort for a patient without a traumatic disease of the spinal cord, conducting a training in a pose with a head position that provides better blood supply in the brain pools and greater stability of the patient, and for patients with a traumatic disease of the spinal cord, paraplegia syndrome, it is recommended to conduct a training in a pose with the head position “German horizontal”, providing greater patient stability without taking into account the blood supply to the brain. 2. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that as the actual position of the head take the position of the "German horizontal" and "chin parallel to the floor."
