Claims (17)

1. Сосудистый трансплантат, приспособленный для размещения в основном кровеносном сосуде и приспособленный для прохождения через участок ответвления боковой ветви сосуда, содержащий трубчатое устройство, ограничивающее наружную поверхность, первую часть наружной поверхности, подобранную по размеру для вступления в контакт и для поддержки кровеносного сосуда с одной стороны боковой ветви, и вторую часть наружной поверхности, подобранную по размеру для вступления в контакт и для поддержки кровеносного сосуда с другой стороны боковой ветви, причем трубчатое устройство ограничивает отверстие для совмещения с боковой ветвью для обеспечения возможности потока крови между кровеносным сосудом и боковой ветвью, отличающийся тем, что каждая из первой и второй частей наружной поверхности выполнена трубчатой и содержит гибкий корпус трансплантата и поддерживающий стент, и в котором первая и вторая части разделены промежутком, и, кроме того, содержащий, по меньшей мере, один соединительный элемент, проходящий через промежуток и соединяющий первую и вторую части для предотвращения относительного осевого разделения двух частей после имплантации, причем отверстие ограничено между соединительным элементом и первой и второй частями.
2. Сосудистый трансплантат по п.1, содержащий, по меньшей мере, два соединительных элемента и два отверстия.
3. Сосудистый трансплантат по п.1, содержащий четыре соединительных элемента и четыре отверстия.
4. Сосудистый трансплантат по п.1, в котором соединительный элемент содержит относительно жесткую распорку.
5. Сосудистый трансплантат по п.4, в котором распорка непосредственно соединена с каждым стентом.
6. Сосудистый трансплантат по п.4, в котором каждая распорка непосредственно соединена с соответствующим гибким корпусом трансплантата.
7. Сосудистый трансплантат по п.1, в котором гибкий корпус трансплантата предоставлен в каждой трубчатой части, а стент изнутри поддерживает, по меньшей мере, одну из первой и второй трубчатых частей.
8. Сосудистый трансплантат по п.1, в котором стент изнутри поддерживает, по меньшей мере, одну из первой и второй трубчатых частей, и стент снаружи поддерживает другие первую и вторую трубчатые части.
9. Сосудистый трансплантат по любому из предыдущих пунктов, кроме того содержащий трубчатый основной трансплантат, подобранный по размеру для коаксиального соединения с первой трубчатой частью.
10. Устройство по п.9, в котором стент выполнен саморасправляемым.
11. Устройство по п.9, в котором стент выполнен расправляемым баллоном.
12. Способ поддержки трубчатого основного трансплантата в основном кровеносном сосуде, прилегающем к боковой ветви сосуда, заключающийся в том, что предоставляют трубчатый поддерживающий трансплантат, содержащий первый трубчатый отдел и второй трубчатый отдел, соединенный с первым трубчатым отделом, причем каждый из первого и второго трубчатых отделов содержит гибкий корпус трансплантата и поддерживающий стент, осуществляют доставку трубчатого поддерживающего трансплантата в положение имплантата, размещают трубчатый поддерживающий трансплантат с возможностью вступления в контакт первого трубчатого отдела с кровеносным сосудом и его поддерживания с одной стороны боковой ветви, и с возможностью вступления в контакт второго трубчатого отдела с кровеносным сосудом и его поддерживания с другой стороны боковой ветви, предоставляют трубчатый основной трансплантат, имеющий первый конец, осуществляют доставку первого конца основного трансплантата внутрь второго трубчатого отдела поддерживающего трансплантата, и радиально расширяют первый конец основного трансплантата с упором во внутреннюю поверхность второго трубчатого отдела.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором кроме того осуществляют доставку внутрь просвета и трубчатого поддерживающего трансплантата, и трубчатого основного трансплантата.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором основной сосуд представляет собой брюшную аорту, а боковая ветвь сосуда включает почечные артерии, причем осуществляют доставку внутрь просвета трубчатого поддерживающего трансплантата в правильное положение и размещение таким образом, что трубчатый поддерживающий трансплантат самостоятельно расправляется до контакта с брюшной аортой.
15. Способ по п.13, в котором основной сосуд представляет собой брюшную аорту, а боковая ветвь сосуда включает в себя почечные артерии, причем осуществляют доставку внутрь просвета трубчатого поддерживающего трансплантата в брюшную аорту баллоном, расположенным внутри трубчатого поддерживающего трансплантата, и расширение баллоном трубчатого поддерживающего трансплантата до контакта с брюшной аортой.
16. Способ поддержки трубчатого основного трансплантата в основном кровеносном сосуде, прилегающем к боковой ветви сосуда, заключающийся в том, что предоставляют трубчатый основной трансплантат, имеющий первый конец, осуществляют доставку первого конца основного трансплантата в положение имплантата и радиально расширяют первый конец основного трансплантата с упором во внутреннюю поверхность кровеносного сосуда с одной стороны боковой ветви, предоставляют трубчатый поддерживающий трансплантат, содержащий первый трубчатый отдел и второй трубчатый отдел, соединенный с первым трубчатым отделом, причем каждый из первого и второго трубчатых отделов содержит гибкий корпус трансплантата и поддерживающий стент, осуществляют доставку трубчатого поддерживающего трансплантата таким образом, чтобы второй трубчатый отдел находился внутри первого конца основного трансплантата и радиально расширяют трубчатый поддерживающий трансплантат с возможностью вступления в контакт первого трубчатого отдела с кровеносным сосудом и его поддерживания с одной стороны боковой ветви, и с возможностью вступления в контакт второго трубчатого отдела с внутренней поверхностью первого конца основного трансплантата и его поддерживания.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором кроме того осуществляют доставку внутрь просвета и трубчатого поддерживающего трансплантата, и трубчатого основного трансплантата.
