Способ калибровки концов труб, при котором вначале осуществляют упругое деформирование выправляемого конца трубы, а затем производят пластическое деформирование его за несколько циклов, отличающийся тем, что упругое деформирование выправляемого конца трубы осуществляют путем приложения усилий по наружной поверхности до придания ему в поперечном сечении овальной формы с кривизной конца трубы в зоне деформации меньше заданной кривизны, а пластическое деформирование производят за несколько циклов путем постепенного увеличения кривизны выправляемого конца трубы в зоне калибровки до требуемой кривизны, обеспечивающей равенство остаточной пластической деформации и упругой деформации во всех точках по периметру выправляемого конца трубы.1.
