Abstract
Техническое решение относится к области декоративно-прикладного искусства, в частности к производству декоративно-художественных изделий на стеклянной основе. Декоративно-прикладное изделие представляет собой лист твердого оптически прозрачного материала, на одной стороне которого закреплен лист целлюлозно-бумажного материала с изображением, причем изображение касается поверхности листа оптически прозрачного материала, вторая сторона листа оптически прозрачного материала частично заматирована. Технический результат, достигаемый при реализации разработанного технического решения, состоит в упрощении технологии изготовления декоративно-прикладного изделия. 5 з.п. ф-лы.The technical solution relates to the field of arts and crafts, in particular to the production of decorative and artistic products on a glass basis. За счет использования различного состава смеси (различные металлы и порошок различного стекла) получают декоративный эффект. Далее на тыльную поверхность изделия с помощью лазерного луча нанесено изображение, причем световое пятно в точке фокусирования лазерного луча должно быть диаметром не менее 4 мкм по точкам растрового изображения с разрешением до 800 DPI. В точку фокусирования лазерного луча на обрабатываемой поверхности подавали струю сжатого очищенного воздуха под давлением не более 1,5 атм. Разработанное техническое решение в дальнейшем будет иллюстрировано примером его реализации. На лист картона приклеили цветную фотографию головы льва. Поместили картон изображением вверх под стеклянную пластину и фиксировали с использованием клея Бальзамин М положение картона с изображением относительно стеклянной пластины. На вторую поверхность стеклянной пластины поместили трафарет, выполненный из полистирольной пленки, и закрепили его любым известным способом. В трафарете заранее выполнены прорези с выделением участков, подлежащих матированию поверхности стеклянной пластины. Обычно это фон изображения. Удалили соответствующие участки трафарета. На освободившуюся поверхность стеклянной пластины нанесли безопасное для пользователя средство матирования/травления стекла (паста для матирования стекла ArtGlass или аналогичное). По истечению 10-15 минут удалили остатки средства матирования. Поместили в рамку обработанную стеклянную пластину с приклеенным изображением. Удалили пинцетом остатки трафарета и с использованием тампона остатки средства матирования. С использованием тонкой кисточки нанесли краской на поверхность стеклянной пластины элементы, дополняющие рисунок на картоне (усы и клыки изображения головы льва). Декоративно-прикладное изделие (картина) готово.The developed technical solution will be further illustrated by an example of its implementation.
