Целью изобретени вл етс улучшение летно-технических характеристик путем повышени маневренности. Дирижабль содержит оболочку 14 обтекаемой формы, гондолу 1, хвостовое оперение с рул ми высоты 11 и направлени 13, поворотное крыло 3 и двигатели с винтами, за- крепленные на поворотном крыле 3. Дирижабль снабжен передним вертикальным оперением с рул ми 7, закрепленными на каждой консоли поворотного крыла 3.
