Abstract
Изобретение относитс к птицеперерабатывающей промышленности, в частности к устройствам дл отделени окорочков тушек птицы. Использование предлагаемого устройства позвол ет повысить качество отдел емых окорочков как стандартной, так и нестандартной птицы. Тушки птицы, закрепленные на конусных держател х 3, перемещаютс подающим транспортером 2. Пара прутковых направл ющих пространственной конфигурации 5 заходит между внут- ренней стороной бедренных частей и грудной тушки птицы на участке 5а, а пара горизонтальных направл ющих 4 прижимает тазовые кости тушки к конусной части держател 3. С помощью пластинчатых ножей 6 осуществл етс перерезание кожи, св зывающей внутреннюю поверхность окорочка и туловище тушки. Под воздействием наклонных участков 5Ь окорочки выламываютс и эпифизы бедренных костзй выход т из суставных сумок тазобедренных суставов. Отделение окорочкоз осуществл етс при воздействии режущей кромки пластинчатых ножей 7 на мышечную ткань и кожу бедренных частей. Окончательное отделение осуществл етс в зазоре между ножами 7 и противорежущими элементами 8, 3 ил.The invention relates to the poultry industry, in particular to devices for separating the legs of poultry carcasses. Using the proposed device allows to improve the quality of the separated legs of both standard and non-standard birds. A pair of bar guides of spatial configuration 5 extends between the inner side of the femoral parts and the poultry carcass in section 5a, and a pair of horizontal guides 4 presses the pelvic bones of the carcass to the cone parts of the holder 3. With the help of plate knives 6, the skin is cut, connecting the inner surface of the leg and the trunk of the carcass. Under the influence of the inclined sections 5b, the legs break out and the epiphyses of the femoral bones exit from the joint bags of the hip joints. Chambers are separated by the action of the cutting edge of the blade knives 7 on the muscle tissue and skin of the femoral parts. The final separation is carried out in the gap between the knives 7 and the opposing elements 8, 3 or sludge.
