Полый стержень 1 соединен с переходником 2, на котором созданы рабоча  втулка 3 и примыкающа  к рабочей втулке насадка 4. Переходник имеет радиальные каналы 5, сообщающиес  с полостью стержн . Установленна  на переходнике в районе радиальных каналов насадка образует полость 7 и имеет выпускные отверсти  8, равномерно расположенные по кругу, каждое из которых направлено в сторону рабочей втулки и образует с продольной осью рабочей втулки угол 10...30°. Смазка под давлением поступает через полость стержн , радиальные каналы 5 в полость 7 и через выпускные отверсти  направленной струей подаетс  на переднюю часть рабочей втулки, создава  надежный разделительный слой смазки к моменту начала обжати  стенки. 3 ил.
