Description
The invention relates to the field of medical technology and is used in lower limb prostheses.
The aim of the invention is the individual individual regulation of the functional movements of the foot, including the regulation of the range of plantar flexion in the depreciation phase, back flexion in the repulsion phase, regulation of frontal and rotational movements.
1.In FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of a device; in FIG. 2 is a section AA in FIG. 1.
4.The module consists of an elastic shell 1 in the form of a natural foot, for example, of polyurethane, a rigid frame 2, in which a cavity of rectangular cross section is made, an elastic plate 3 in the forefoot pivotally mounted on axis 4.
8.A ball hinge 5 having a shank 6 of rectangular cross section is placed inside the frame. The lower part of the hinge is included in the spherical recess of the frame, the upper one is pinched with a plastic 7 mounted on screws 8.
Four rectangular shock absorbers 9, 10, 11, 12 are made between the faces of the shank and the walls of the body cavity, which are made of elastic materials (for example, rubber) of different stiffness.
13.The end of the shank opposite the hinge has a connecting flange 13.
14.For reliable fixing of depreciation -. tori in the cavity of the housing has a nut 14.
An ankle module operates as follows. The module is mounted in the prosthesis by means of a flange 13, which provides adjustment of the position of the module in the prosthesis. After giving the module the correct position, a trial walk is performed, in which the movements of the tables are studied (visually, by means of sensors, etc.), as well as the subjective sensations and wishes of the disabled person. Based on the results of the test walk, individual individual regulation of the functional movements of the foot is performed. For example, if at the beginning of the phase of the foot support the foot is not sufficiently mobile, i.e. not attached to the entire sole in the front thrust, then replace the shock absorber of the plantar fold 11 with a less rigid one. If the frontal movements in the ankle hinge are insufficient, i.e. If the support is mainly on the edge of the foot (external or internal), then one of the front shock absorbers 10 and 12 is replaced. If the roll through the foot is excessively difficult, then the rear flexion shock absorber 9 is replaced with a less rigid one. In the process of performing a step, rotational movements also occur in the ball ankle joint of the foot, and at the beginning of the support, when the plantar flexion occurs, they are limited by a compressed shock absorber 11 and one of the front ones, i.e. 10 and 12. In the final phase of the step, when the support is on the forefoot, the rotational movements are limited
сжатым амортизатором тыльного Сгибани 9 и одним из фронтальных.a compressed shock absorber rear Bend 9 and one of the front.
