Цель достигаетс введением поворотного основани 4, на котором крепитс гибка система, имеюща диполи 12 с генератором 3, размещенным внутри дополнительного поворотного основани 14, выполненного в виде кольца и размещенного на опорном основании 7. Привод 5 обеспечивает поворот основани 4 и. соответственно, ориентацию гибкой системы в вертикальной плоскости. 12 ил.The invention relates to the field of aeronautical engineering, in particular, to the construction of devices for towing flexible dipole systems.
