Abstract

Использование: в машиностроении, в частности, дл  центрировани  и закреплени  длинномерных деталей при их обработке и контроле, когда требуетс  получить высокую точность по биению и размерам. Сущность изобретени : оправка состоит из стержней 1 и 2, у которых концы 3 и 4 предназначены дл  взаимодействи  друг с другом , а на других концах выполнены базирующие поверхности в виде конусоо S и б и центровые отверсти  7. Взаимодействие стержней осуществл етс  при помощи отверсти  8, в котором размещаетс  выступ 9 с возможностью осевого смещени , и при помощи усика и паза, обеспечивающих посто нство взаимного углового положени  стержней. На стержн х 1 и 2 установлены торцовые регулируемыми упоры 12 и 13, контактирующие с торцами заготовки 14. Торцовые упоры на стержн х закреплены разными способами, например при помощи винта 15 или резьбы 16 (предпочтительный способ), а также могут закрепл тьс  другими известными способами. При установке заготовки 14 регулируемые упоры отодвигаютс  в сторону центровых отверстий 7. Затем стержни 1 и 2 завод тс  в отверстие заготовки 14 с обоих торцов, выступ 9 заводитс  в отверстие 8 стержн  1 и стержни направл ютс  навстречу друг другу, центриру  на своих конусах заготовку 14.
