Second: trousers are worn on top of boots. At the same time, neither leaves, nor earth, nor snow (or other objects) gets into the boot. But trousers can be dirty, boots, and they can rub their feet, and in general, the foot is not comfortable.

The technical result of the proposed utility model is the expansion of functionality by eliminating the ingress of foreign objects into the boot while reducing contamination of the trousers.
