Abstract

Съемная крыша для полувагона, содержащая раму, поперечные балки, закрепленную на балках сверху обшивку и элементы крепления крыши к верхней обвязке боковых стен полувагона, отличающаяся тем, что содержит упрочняющий конструкцию элемент, а рама выполнена в виде Г-образной формы с возможностью взаимодействия с верхней обвязкой вагона. 2. Съемная крыша для полувагона по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит центрирующие устройства и по всему периметру содержит уплотнительный элемент. 3. Съемная крыша для полувагона по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что упрочняющий конструкцию элемент выполнен в виде дополнительной поперечной балки или поперечной балки с вертикальной стойкой.

Наиболее близким к предложенному решению является съемная крыша для полувагона, которая содержит поперечные балки с закрепленной сверху обшивкой, загрузочные люки, элементы крепления для прижима крыши к верхней обвязке боковых стен полувагона, нижнюю раму, центральную продольную силовую балку, состоящую из продольных трубчатых элементов, поперечных и вертикальных связей и регулируемые упоры, установленные снизу у торцов центральной продольной силовой балки с возможностью перемещения в продольном направлении и выполненные в виде упорных пластин. Каждая упорная пластина связана посредством неподвижно закрепленных в ней одними концами винтов с кронштейном, жестко закрепленным на центральной продольной силовой балке. В кронштейне выполнены отверстия, в которых свободно размещены указанные винты. На винтах с двух сторон относительно кронштейна установлены гайки.
