Abstract
The heat exchanger with welded internal exchange plates belongs to the field of devices for efficient heat exchange intended for application in refrigeration technology and it solved the problem that occurs in brazed exchangers with frequent damage of solders and sensitivity to the harmful reaction between ammonia and copper. This was achieved by the fact that the heat exchanger (1) in question consists of a housing (2) that can be dismantled and closed with a cover (17) in which a register (3) made of welded inner plates (4) made of acid-resistant prochrome with a thickness of 0.5 mm is located. which have circular openings (9), interconnected by a set of inlets (6) and outlets (7) that form a network of herringbone-shaped channels whose ribs are made at an angle of 30°, with ring seals (31) inserted between the inner plates (4) so that they direct the flow of fluid (10, 11) through the pipes (5).
