Abstract
Bio fireplace with automatic combustion control consists of assemblies: of tank (1) with peristaltic pump (2), of preheater (3), of evaporator (4), of burner (8) and electronic equipment that enables management and control of the bioethanol combustion process. The operation of the device is enabled and controlled by a microprocessor (15) which is connected to a peristaltic pump (2), an ultrasonic fuel level sensor (16), electric heaters (5, 6), a sensor (31) for the presence of ethanol vapors, a sensor (32) for controlling the horizontality of the device and sensor (33) for controlling mechanical shocks, i.e. impacts. The device has a preheater (3) positioned below the burner (8) so that the copper capillary tube (22), which supplies fuel to the evaporator (4) for preheating liquid bioethanol, uses the heat of the burner (8), thus reducing the need to engage electric heaters (5, 6), that is, it enables the operation of the bio fireplace at ambient temperature. In the burner (8) there is a perforated aluminium tube (26) that enables the even distribution of steam in the combustion chamber, which then, during the combustion of oxygen, creates a laminar diffuse flame along its entire length.
