Abstract

Planarna elektroda za biosenzore realizovana primenom ponavljajuće fraktalne geometrije ima za novost način konstrukcije sistema od tri elektrode biosenzora putem metoda ponavljajuće geometrije do nivoa trećeg reda. Sama realizacija pronalaska uključuje ponavljajuću geometriju 1. reda Sijerpinskih fraktala, ali pronalazak se odnosi i na ponavljajuću geometriju Kohove krive, Peanove krive i Hilbertove krive, a od geometrijskih oblika uključuje tri najviše zastupljena oblika kvadrat, krug i trougao. Ponavljajuća geometrija je osnova inovativnosti pronalaska, jer izmena dizajna planarne elektrode sa svojim parametrima, o kojima će biti reči u detaljnom opisu, kao i reda fraktala, značajno doprinosi povećanoj osetljivosti biosenzora. Biosenzor pronalaska je realizovan LTCC tehnologijom i sito štampe tj. za podlogu od koga je napravljena elektroda biosenzora koristi se keramika na koju se sito štampom nanosi zlato, mada pronalazak uključuje i srebro, platinu i karbonske paste, ali i druge tehnologije izrade kao i materijale podloge i dalju funkcionalizaciju površina elektroda. Na nesinterovane keramičke trake isečene laserom primenom procesa sitoštampe, preko specifično dizajniranih maski primenom fotopostupka, nanosi se provodna pasta u inovativni fraktalni oblik. Nesinterovane trake se posle toga laminiraju radi mehaničke čvrstoće i peku radi procesa sinterovanja same paste i podloge. Zatim se elektrode mogu funkcionalizovati odgovarajućim bioreceptorima, koji ne utiču na samu osetljivost, već na specifičnost prepoznavanja analita.
