Abstract
Invention herewith described refers to a method for separation of zinc, lead, gold and silver from a poor ore according to the invention consists of several stages and that: threefold main grinding and double classification, conditioning, main and controlled floatation with exactly determined values of kinetic constants in the whole time interval. Purification process is flexible, hence in a double purification process, threefold purification and purification carried out in four times are carried out in application of different concentrations of elements. The menitioned technical technological changes are achieved instantly and with no difficulties. Additional grinding of the control concentrate, separation of a solid and liquid phase, is carried out in coagulators and press filters. Based on the contents of the elements in the products concentrations and technical-technological parameters and the wholeness of functioning of the plant, on one hand and the general production tasks on the other hand, whereby applied is the supervisory system of control and regulation of the processes.
