Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu prin care se pot obtine din materiale termoplastice, produse cu o configuratie de complexitate medie însa cu pereti de grosimi mult mai mari decît este posibil, în general, sa se obtina prin procedeul de injectie obisnuit. Procedeul consta în faptul ca semifabricatul destinat obtinerii produsului final avînd grosimea cuprinsa între 20 si 100 mm, deja plastifiat, este încalzit independent de matrita la o temperatura cuprinsa între 80 si 95% din temperatura de topire a materialului termoplastic si este introdus pentru profilare într-o matrita neîncalzita aflata pe o presa de constructie obisnuita ce realizeaza o viteza de lucru de 2...5 m/s, iar presarea produsului se face la o presiune cuprinsa între 2 si 50 bari.
