Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la o instalatie pentru recuperarea cauciucului prin metode criogenice din anvelope cu cord metalic nereparabile si neresapabile. Instalatia este alcatuita dintr-un buncar de unde materialul de recuperat este preluat de o banda transportoare si trecut printr-o incinta de racire care asigura temperatura necesara pentru transformarea cauciucului în material casant. Dupa trecerea prin incinta materialul este introdus într-un concasor cu doua trepte de macinare, asigurandu-se, în final, granulatia prestabilita. Din acest concasor materialul macinat cade pe un jgheab vibrator de unde, cu ajutorul unei alte benzi rulante este trecut printr-un separator magnnetic care dermina eliminarea componentelor metalice într-un buncar si a cauciucului de recuperat într-un alt buncar.The invention relates to a process and apparatus for recovering rubber by cryogenic methods of non-repairable and non-recoverable metallic cord tires. The installation consists of a bunker from where the recovered material is taken up by a conveyor belt and passed through a cooling enclosure that provides the necessary temperature for the transformation of the rubber into the caking material. After passing through the enclosure, the material is introduced into a crusher with two crushing steps, ultimately ensuring the pre-set granulation. From this crusher, the milled material falls on a vibratory trough, from where, by means of another conveyor belt, it is passed through a magnetic separator that derives the elimination of the metal components in a bunker and the rubber to be recovered in another bunker.
