Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de tratare a gumelor xanthanice cu enzime care consta în aceea ca dispersia apoasa de guma xanthanica-mediul apos are un continut de cel putin 10 la -2 echivalenti/1 metale alcaline si/sau alcaline pamîntoase dizolvate-este tratata simultan cu o enzima de tip polizaharaza produsa prin cultura unei ciuperci care poate apartine clasei Basidiomycetelor sau speciilor Aspergillus sau Trichoderma si respectiv cu o enzima de tip proteaza care poate fi obtinuta prin cultura unui microorganism de genul Baccilus, concentratia fiecarei enzime în dispersia apoasa respectiva fiind de 0,001...5% în greutate si de preferinta 0,0025...0,1% în greutate raportat la cantitatea totala de apa, enzima de tip proteza fiind astfel aleasa încît sa aiba o activitate substantiala în domeniul de variatie a pH-ului cuprins între 3 si 7, caracteristic activitatii enzimei de tip polizaharoza, temperatura în aceste conditii variind între 25 degree C si 65 degree C, iar durata minima de timp a incubatiei este de 0,5h.
