Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea cisdiclorodiaminoplatinei, conform caruia, folosindu-se ca material de plecare o solutie apoasa filtrata de tetracloroplatinat de potasiu, proaspat si regenerat, în raport cuprins între 8:2 si 9,5 : 0,5 de concentratie 1,2 : 1,4 g/ml, aceasta solutie se trateaza la temperatura ambienta, sub agitare, cu o solutie de iodura de potasiu de concentratie 0,84 g/ml si, în continuare, din amestecul de reactie se precipita cis-diiododiaminoplatina prin tratarea cu solutie de 25% hidroxid de amoniu, la temperatura de 45...55 degree C si racirea ulterioara a amestecului, dupa care iododerivatul separat prin filtrare este uscat sub vid la temperaturi cuprinse în intervalul 45...50 degree C si apoi este supus ampastarii cu o solutie de circa 10% azotat de argint, în cantitate slab substoichiometrica cu agitare ulterioara la 45...55 degree C, obtinîndu-se un complex solubil de diacvadiaminoplatina care este separat prin decantare si filtrare urmate de repetate cicluri de extractie....
