Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a N-fosfonometilglicinei în care, în prima faza se trateaza 2,5-dicetopiperazina cu p-formaldehida si triclorura de fosfor reactia avand loc în prezenta acidului acetic glacial, la temperatura cuprinsa între 25 si 118 degree C, obtinînd ca produs intermediar bis-fosfonometil -2, 5 dicetopiperazina care în faza a doua se trateaza cu hidroxid de sodiu obtinand sarea de sodiu a N-fosfonometilglicinei, care în ultima faza se aciduleaza cu acid clorhidric în mod cunoscut pentru obtinerea N-fosfonometilglicerinei.
