Abstract

Inventia se refera la un aparat de filtrare, pentru separarea materiilor solide si flotante din lichide, cu o casrcasa cilindrica, un cos de filtrare cilindric, montat coaxial cu aceasta, care limiteaza un spatiu inelar ce primeste lichidul de filtrat fata de un spatiu inelar ce primeste filtrantuls si o teava centrala dispusa coaxial, pentru primirea si evacuarea lichidului de repasare, iar la partea interioara a cosului de filtrare, s-a amplasat mobil un element care leaga spatiul inelar al tevii centrale. Aparatele de filtrare din stadiul tehnicii, prezinta diferite dezavantaje, pentru a caror evitare, elementul de legaturp aentru comanda fazei de spalare si respalare, conform inventiei, prezinta doua discuri de piston, mentinute la distanta între ele, cu cîte un canal de trecere, care canale leaga spatiul exterior cu spatiul interior al tevii centrale, prin perforarile cosului de filtrare, care sustine pe mantaua sa exterioara un material de filtrare, iar discurile de piston sînt asezate etant la lichid prin garniturile de etansare, pe suprafata interioara a cosului de filtrare si pe suprafata exterioara a tevii centrale si ca elementul de legatura este mobil în directia axiala a carcasei.
