Abstract
Superaliajul pe baza de cobalt conform inventiei, este constituit din maximum respectiv 2% Mn, 0,2%B, 0,01%P si 0,01%S, din 24.....30%Cr, 0,5-2% Si, 25.....38%Co, 0,2....0,6%C din al, Hf, Ti, V, Zr, Cu din W si Mo în proportie însemnata de 1.....5% si din Nb si Ta în proportie însumata de 2....9%.în scopul maririi rezistentei la uzura, superaliajul contine minimum 3,5% Ni, un continut însumat de Co si Cr de minimum 55%, din continutul total de W si Mo, W în proportie de preferinta de 2,5% iar din continutul total de Nb si Ta, Nb în proportie de preferinta 5%, mentinîndu-se între continuturile de Nb si Cr un raport cuprins între 1:3,5-6,5, un continut însumat de Hf, Ti, Al, V, Zr, Cu de maximum 2% si un continut de Fe si de alte impuritati uzuale de preferinta de maximum 23%.The cobalt-based superalloy according to the invention consists of a maximum of 2% Mn, 0.2% B, 0.01% P and 0.01% S, 24% to 30% Cr, 2% Si, 25 ..... 38% Co, 0.2 ... 0.6% C of Al, Hf, Ti, V, Zr, Cu of W and Mo in a significant proportion of 1 ... .5% and Nb and Ta in a proportion of 2 ... 9%.
