Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea acidului diacetoncetogulonic prin oxidarea în trepte a diacetonsorbozei si anume în prima treapta oxidarea se realizeaza electrochimic cu electrozi de nichel pîna la un grad de oxidare de 95% dupa care oxidarea se continua cu hipoclorit de sodiu în prezenta de clorura de nichel.
