Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a cromonelor substituite cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care R reprezinta hidrogen sau metil, care consta în aceea ca se aduce în reactie un compus cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R are semnificatiile aratate mai sus, cu sodiu metalic, reactantii fiind luati în raport în greutate de circa 12:1, în prezenta de etanol, la temperatura de 20...40 degree C în mediu de toluen, apoi produsul de reactie dupa separare si purificare este supus oxidarii cu anhidrida cromica, reactantii fiind luati în raport de circa 0,9:1, la temperatura de 50...60 degree C, în mediu de acid acetic apos, apoi amestecul de reactie este prelucrat în vederea separarii produsului de reactie, în mod cunoscut.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of substituted chromones of the general formula I wherein R represents hydrogen or methyl which comprises reacting a compound of the general formula II: R is as defined above with sodium metal, the reactants being taken in a weight ratio of about 12: 1 in the presence of ethanol at a temperature of 20-40 ° C in toluene, then the reaction product after separation and the purification is subjected to oxidation with the chromic anhydride, the reactants being taken in a ratio of about 0.9: 1 at a temperature of 50-60 ° C in an aqueous acetic acid medium, then the reaction mixture is processed to separate the product reaction, in a known manner.
