Abstract
The process comprises cultivation of a 1:1 mixture of microorganisms richoderma viridae No. 501, 814 or 800 and Aspergillus niger No. 57 or 44 registered at Galati University. The cultivation medium is based on malt extract, ammonium sulphate monopotassium phosphate and magnesium sulphate. The process, at 28-30 deg.C, takes 120-144 minutes, and terminates with filtration, giving 20.5:55.1:24.4% endoglucanase, exoglucanase and cellobiose enzymatic activity ratio.
