Claims

An attachment member (1) for grid trays (10) of the type comprising longitudinal bars (11) and transverse bars (12), which consists of a generally quadrilateral body of straight angles when in the form of a half-cane, which allows to accommodate therein a transverse bar (12) of the tray (10) and terminating in two lateral edges (3), characterized in that: an upper perpendicular extension (4) extends from a side edge (3) of said grooved side portion (2) and from the other side edge (3) of said grooved side portion (2) extends a lower perpendicular extension (5), said extensions (4, 5) being separated by an intermediate hollow part (8) allowing the insertion of transverse bars (12) of the tray (10), the upper and lower extensions (5) a rectilinear section (6) having (12) of the tray (10), the semi-cylindrical ends (7) being vertically aligned, one of the extensions comprising a tab (9) folded in and adjacent the tray (2), while the other extension comprises a tab (9 ') folded in and adjacent its corresponding semi-cylindrical end (7).

An attachment member (1) for grid trays (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that the extensions (4, 5) extending from the side edges (3) of the channel side part (2) have a generally rectangular plate shape interrupted by the corresponding tabs (9, 9 ')

Attachment attachment (1) for grid tray trays (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the side edges (3) of the side channel (2) are rectilinear and coincide with end generators of said channel side portion (2).

An attachment member (1) for grid tray trays (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tabs (9, 9 ') have a length which is less than half the length of the rectilinear section (6) of the extension (4, 5) in which it is practiced.

A method of assembling trays of trays 3, which uses at least one attachment (1) according to claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: approximating two sections of (10) by at least one of the vertical sections (13) of its end crossbars, - horizontal coupling of the fitting (1) by inserting the vertical sections (13) of the crossbars of the sections to be joined in the (1) from its horizontal position so as to be disposed in an upright position between two longitudinal bars (11) of each tray (10) and with the part (2) and the semi-cylindrical ends (7) parallel to the vertical sections (13) of the crossbars, - separating the two sections of the trays (10), so that the vertical section (13) of the bar extreme transverse of a tray (10) is introduced into the inner hollow portion of the ribbed side portion (2), and the vertical section (13) of the end transverse bar of the other tray (10) is introduced into the hollow parts of the semi-cylindrical ends (7), each lug (9, 9 ') in turn coming into contact with the vertical section (13) of the corresponding transverse bar by the opposite face (4) which is in contact with the side channel (2) or with the semi-cylindrical ends (7), respectively.
