Description

Najwieksza wada tego czlonu grzejnika stanowi jego stosunkowo duzy koszt, znaczny procent braków, a w wypadku nawet malego bledu wykonania, caly czlon musi byc potraktowany jako brak.Celem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie tych niedogodnosci i wykonanie grzejnika prostego w produkcji o nieskomplikowanej budowie.Cel ten osiagnieto przez wykonanie czlonu grzejnika wedlug wynalazku który sklada sie w zasadzie z trzech czesci, a mianowicie, z czesci posredniej, czesci górnej i dolnej. Te dwie ostatnie czesci czlonu sa scisle zamocowane do czesci posredniej za pomoca elementów mocujacych. Górna i dolna czesc czlonu grzejnika sa rozmieszczone symetrycznie, a przy dolnym koncu zaopatrzone sa w owalne tulejki wchodzace w górny i dolny otwór czesci posredniej, przy czym ich przekrój posiada ksztalt odpowiadajacy tulejce.Na zewnetrznej stronie tulejki znajduje sie kolowy rowek, w którym umieszczony jest pierscien uszczelnia¬ jacy. Górna i dolna czesc ma na kazdej stronie po jednym uszku z otworem, w którym umieszczona jest sruba mocujaca, wkrecona w zebro poprzeczne czlonu grzejnika.Przedmiot wynalazku jest przedstawiony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedsta¬ wia czlon grzejnika w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - czlon grzejnika w czesciowym przekroju wzdluznym i fig. 3 - czesc posrednia czlonu grzejnika w przekroju poprzecznym,, ¦ Czlon grzejnika wedlug wynalazku sklada sie w zasadzie z trzech czesci, a mianowicie z czesci posredniej 1, czesci górnej 2 i czesci dolnej 3. Czesc posrednia 1 ma przekrój owalny, a w czesci przedniej i tylnej posiada plytki 4', 4 przy czym na obydwu bokach ma wzdluzne zebra 5. Czesc posrednia 1 ma na kazdym koncu jeszcze po jednym zebrze 6, w którym umieszczone sa plytki 4', 4. Czesci górna 2 i dolna 3 czlonu grzejnika maja przekrój odpowiadajacy otworom czesci posredniej 1. Na dolnych koncach czesci górnej 2 i czesci dolnej 3 znajduje sie po jednej tulejce 7, które wchodza w górny wzglednie dolny otwór czesci posredniej. W kolowym rowku tulejki osadzony jest pierscien uszczelniajacy 8. Czesc górna i dolna czlonu grzejnika posiadaja na kazdej stronie po jednym poprzecznym zeberku 9, które leza na tej samej plaszczyznie co zebro poprzeczne 6 czesci posredniej 1.2 83 571 Czesc górna 2 i czesc dolna 3 maja na kazdej stronie po jednym uszku mocujacym 10 z otworem 11, w którym umieszczona jest sruba mocujaca 12 wkrecona w otwór gwintowany w zebrze 6 czesci posredniej 1, dzieki czemu%uzyskuje sie szczelne polaczenie poszczególnych czesci czlonu grzejnika.
